What is The Process?
Starting or transferring care to RecoveryDelivered.com is simple, painless, and cost effective. Your first step is to download our app and upload a Tennessee state ID. We are legally required to verify identity prior to seeing a patient for Suboxone. Once the picture is upload into the app, our onboarding team will communicate with you quickly to get an appointment set up as soon as possible. A link to our Tennessee providers will be sent and you may pick the day and time that works best for you.
Once you have booked your appointment our team will send you the onboarding documents to complete prior to your telemedicine visit. These documents include your health history and various forms which are required by law for any Suboxone clinic.
From there, you are ready to go. Reminders are sent to you about your upcoming appointment with our provider and at the time of your appointment, simply open the app and your provider will video call you.
